I haven’t received my tickets yet. What should I do?
You should receive these via your email provided at ticket purchase. Check your junk mail. Contact Outix via the link below if you have not received your tickets.
My child/children are under the age of 3, can they attend and if so do they need tickets to attend?
Children under 3 years of age have free entry as long as they can sit on the lap of their adult supervisor who has paid for an adult ticket. If the under 3-year-old child requires their own seat they will need a junior ticket purchased for them.
People are selling tickets online for monster Bikes and Bulls, is this legitimate?
Bikes and Bulls ticket will ONLY be available through Outix, if you’ve purchased or received a ticket through other means we advise visiting the Australian Consumer Claims Commission (ACCC) scamwatch.gov.au website and following the recommended advice.
Ticket selling scams happen when a scammer uses tickets as bait to steal your money. The scammer usually sells fake tickets, or you pay for a ticket, but never receive it. They are common when tickets for popular concerts, plays, and sporting events sell out.
Is there food and drink available to purchase at the Bikes and Bulls Show?
Yes, all venues have excellent food and drink facilities available.
Can I take food or drinks to the Bikes and Bulls Show?
No, the venues do not allow outside food and drink to be brought in.
